NRA Competitor Activity website

Is anyone else having trouble using the "New and Improved" NRA competitor activity website?

I just tried to look up my activity at: https://competitor.nra.org/ Now it requires you to Register and Log In to use it. I tried that several times and it does not work. It just locks up and says "processing" or says that the information does not match. Its the same information that is on my new NRA renewal invoice I just received. I tried their "Chat" on line and they just told me to call the competition telephone number. I tired that and just went to voice mail. The "Chat" service also gave me an email address. I tried that and it bounced back as an unknown email address.

Hmm. Doesn't seem like the NRA has much interest in competition shooting any longer.

They have bigger irons in the fire right now I suppose but yes, that does appear to be the case.

Still... I just set up an 'account' and logged in successfully the first time. The info they show for me is 100% correct.
 
I did try to register. It wouldn't let me. Kept saying my information was not valid, even though it matches the Invoice I had received today from them for renewal, or it just locked up completely. Tried several times and then gave up.
 
You have to be in charge of your classification, don't wait for them if you need to update something. There's literally one lady who handles the entire country and things happen. If you need to clear up any classification issues you can call the classification department directly at 703-267-1467. You'll get Phyllis who is the sadly the only employee in the department but the sweetest most helpful person in that whole building. She is amazing and actually cares about making things right and helping. I had an issue not long ago and she fixed the problem while we were on the phone. She's a 'make things happen' kind of person and I appreciate that.
 
I had not tried to access my classifications/competitor activity since registering has been required. Just read this thread and had no trouble registering and accessing my information. For what it's worth, a LR match I shot early last month was already on my competitor activity list.
 
I have had no problems. Use the info from your magazine address label to get registered. Got a new classification card in early july from a match shot in june.

Thanks for this, and the whole thread. A couple of my students have shot scores qualifying for High Master over the summer. But they are disappointed with some of the delays and snafus others have mentioned. I'll pass this along as actionable info.
 
Just emailed them on behalf of my dad. His competitor activity had an error in it. 2 days later I received an email informing me everything was corrected. Can’t complain about that.
