Nosler .224 70 gr RDF on Coyote performance?

I was curious if anyone has tried this bullet on coyotes. Be nice if the terminal ballistics will be up to the task. Read on another forum where a guy is having good coyote performance with the NRDF in a 6.5 CM. I currently shoot the 65 SGK and have no complaints on its terminal performance. Just looking for the better mouse trap ... LOL. Thanks Gary

I shot one big male on Saturday, DRT chest shot, new calling spot. They are very good in my AR-15 Wylde chamber, 1-8 twist with CFE223, cci 450's
Previously all I used for the last 3-4 years was the 53 V-Max. This really pops them and does much better out to 600 yards in the wind. It's going to be an
expensive bullet, but worth it. The smallest tip (meaplate) going. I just bought 1,000 more on sale.
My 9 twist AR-15 has trouble with them as they are longer than most 69's, should work very nice in an 8 or 7 twist

I read on another forum where a guy has been smacking coyotes with them. Im gonna finish out our varmint tournament season with my 65 SGKs ... then do some testing.

I used the 65gr last year on coyotes and they werent to bad, but this year I used the 69gr TMK's and they were a way better bullet on coyotes. Plus they shot good for me out to 730.

The 70 Nosler RDF has a BC of .416
The 70 Berger VLD has a BC of .371
The Sierra 69 TMK has a BC of .375
The Sierra 65 GK has a BC of .303

Loving the 69 TMK on coyotes this season and last. Buddy's running the bigger polymer tips out to 565 on coyotes and 700ish yds. on smaller vmnts. as well and doing pretty good with them.
