Nosler 221FB ammo

After doing some measuring I think I’ve come up with at least a partial explanation for the poor groups.
The factory ammo measures 1.830, my chamber to the lands with the 40gr B-Tip bullets measures 1.976 on avg. That’s .146 off the lands for the factory stuff!!!

Anyone care to give their thoughts on this???

I load mine at 1.885 with 40 v-max and RL7 in a Cooper M21. It shoots really well. Had a friend try the Huntin' Shack 50gr stuff in his 221 and said it shot like crap! Guess you just never know until you try!
