Nosler 168 LRAB TRUE BC??

I am looking for some solid information on the 168 gr LRAB true BC. I have searched the web and have not found any reliable information.
Does Bryan Litz have any published information on this bullet?

Thank you in advance..

Ryan

Bryan Litz did do a true BC study of the LRAB bullets. Most of them anyway. I think the 168 was tested in an 8/9 twist barrel. Ideally I think he concluded that ideal twist splits the 8 and 9 twist dead center. Around 8.5 twist seemed to give the highest BC numbers in the 168/.284 bullet. Those numbers he determined to be correct did match my drop data also but accuracy of the LRAB bullets just wasn't there in my guns.

I loaded up 20 of the 168 Berger VLD Hunting for my first round of testing. After i purchased both the Berger and the Accubonds i realized that i have a lot of magazine purchase left. I may bump up to 175 or 180's.

If you or someone you know has a Labradar and a Kestrel or reliable current environmental pressure, humidity and temp (Accuweather) you can enter the muzzle velocity V0 and farthest velocity into JBM ballistics and get your true BC for your personal barrel and bullet.

The 175 Berger's shoot very well in my 284s. So do the 168s. I shoot the 168s when I shoot Berger's cause they shoot a bit better and I don't need the 175s for deer.
