Norma 7mm Rem brass

Hope I can post photo showing strange “blown out”shoulders on Norma 7 mm Rem mag. I was initially concerned as the CBTO on virgin brass was 2.099”. My fully fire formed brass measures 2..125”. This is a stretch of .026”. Also, case length shrank .005 on 1x fired and .013” on the one piece of 2x fired. With this much clearance I was not surprised to see huge sooting. No primer /ejector mark problems. Checked for incipient signs-none. Fired cases necks are tight - hard press to insert bullet. The 2x fired case may get supported enough on the next firing to seal and FF. This is for an old Savage 110 that shoots moa at worst and 3s without caffeine. Strictly hunting : Berger 140vld,68.0 gr. 7977,(max69.7gr.). .020 jump Anybody see this kind of “bulbous”shoulder before? Why would Norma make such a short CBTO?

Have a flat back 110 Savage in 7mm magnum also. I recently fired two boxes of Norma Whitetail 150gr. No problems at all.
