Norma 22/250 Brass

I have 60 new Norma 22/250 brass that I am going to load. When I load I uniform the primer pocket, debur the flash hole, neck size and turn the outside neck. I use Redding Competition dies. Being that Norma brass is so uniform should I unifrom the primer pocket and debur the flash hole before the first fireing of this brass. How should I take care of my Norma brass before and after the first fireing ? I have not used Norma brass before because it is too expensive. Thank's Norman

FWIW: I never did anything to the primer pockets, and I tried to deburr the flashhole, but it was not necessary on the lot of brass I got.
I quit using Norma as it is more expensive & softer than most other brands and use Winchester Brass exclusively now. I have noticed NO difference in accuracy by using the Winchester. By switching to the Win. Brass I do go thru all the steps you mention, except I don't mess with the primer pockets. I load for 3 22-250's now and haven't had any trouble using the Winchester brass. :) Good luck, Sam
