Nikon Buckmaster A/O Numbers

I recently picked up an older 4.5 x 14 Nikon Buckmaster non SF rifle scope. The numbers for the yardage on the A/O are pretty well worn off with just a hint of gold color where they used to be. Does anybody know what yardage Nikon put on these? My older Monarch 6.5 x 20 has 50, 60, 75, 100, 150, 200, 300, 400, 500, 1000 and infinity. Does anybody know if the Buckmaster is the same?

Thanks

Does it matter? These numbers are usually an approximation and I don't even look at them when I focus my Monarch. I just focus on the objective, irrespective of what it says on the AO.

I have never used the scale markings on any of the AO scopes I have. The scale is logarithmic meaning that short distances require a lot more movement than longer distances. If you are behind the rifle, twisting the AO to the left, counter clockwise, will focus further out, and clockwise will be for closer distances. I suggest you start with the AO completely turned to the left and then start going right slowly. From infinity to 100 yards will be about a quarter turn or so, very quick. If you're closer, that's when you need a lot more adjustment.
