anybody here ever use a Baush&Lomb 4000 series scopes?
looking at a rifle with one on it 4-16x50mm and says it seems clear and bright (but they all do in a store) The owner told him they are brighter and more clear than a Leupold VX-3 (and older Vari-x III) in th same specs.??
Its gonna be on a deer gun used out to 500yds so collecting light is a wanted feature.
I have no experience with this model at all , how does it compare to say the Leupolds or Nikon Monarch Gold scopes?
