No problem at all. Here is a Nightforce NXS on a Stiller Viper, which has similar dimensions to a Panda. Just may sure you get the right height rings.

I am currently looking for rings to put on my Panda action when using a Nightforce. I'm trying to get in contact with SG & Y, who make a set of rings specifically for the Panda/Nightforce!
