NightForce Warranty?

Well, today at the range a visitor at our range walked by and clipped the butt stock on my rifle, sending it over the side onto the concrete!! My stock took a little nick, but the gun,16.5 lbs) landed on my 1 week!! old 12x42x56 NXS Nighforce. Bent the sun shade to where it can't be removed,pulled the threads), dented/nicked the eye piece rim, and banged up my top turrent. Above all this, there is now a lose piece of material floating in the glass on the inside. Obviously, Nightforce is not a fault here, and I was wondering if Nightforce is as easy to deal with as Leupold. This is my first Nightforce, and it is superior to any scope I've ever owned. I just hope that they back their product, and go easy on my pocket book. Anyone had any experience with them, please let me know what I might expect, turn aorund times,and etc.

I bought 2 used NF scopes, called them and asked if I could send them in so they could check them out and they said yes, no problem.
They came back in 2 weeks, they paid returned shipping, didn't charged me a thing and they both looked like they had new lenses in them.
I don't know if they just cleaned them or what but I was very impressed with their customer service.
Hopefully you will have the same great service.
I will definitely by more NF scopes.

I sent in a scope that I thought was not holding POI.

Thanks for the responses. Yes, the guy offered to pay, but I should not have left the gun on the bench unattended,adn he sure didn't do it on purpose. I'll give them a call in the morning, and see what they say.

I had the very same thing happen to me at the range when I too my neighbor and his son up to shoot...

The dad knocked my brand new rifle off the bench.

I really had to work on controlling my temper.

Im a nut with my rifle I feel for you. God I would freak out. NF was great when I bought 2 used scopes. I got them back in a week.

Sorry about the damage, but it will still probably shoot with the best of them...
I tripped coming in the house with a brand new build, with a brand new 12x42 NSX
on it and banged the tar out of it on the cement steps, and dug the clear coated stock all up...
After I was done bawling for a while I went back out to the bench and shot it.
It was 2 clicks off from what it had been at 100 yards..

Went and shoot the scope today..It was only 1/4" off at 100 yards. Proceeded to shoot a .231 5-shot at 100, a 2.456 5-shot at 600 yards, and a 10-shot 4.57 inch at 600 yards thur my 6.5 x.284. I spoke with a salesman for NighForce this morning. He wouldn't promise me anything, but I understand that he also doesn't know me from Adam. He said to send it in, and they see what they could do...We'll see....Whenever I can stand to pull it off and not shoot for a week or two!!

BTW,I seen several threads about seeing bullet holes at 600 yards with this scope. It can be done with this scope..6.5's anyways. It had to get pretty dark this evening before I could not longer call the shots at 600 yards...
