Hi Fellas,
Unfortunately someone got into my truck last night and stole some tools and my NF TS-82 Extreme Hi Def. I loved that scope, it fit my eye great. NF has discontinued them. I sold my Swarovski once I looked thru the NF. With the NF I could see bullet holes in the 600 yard blue scoring area if the mirage was low.
So my question is, what would you recommend for spotting shots on a 600 Benchrest target? Weight is not an issue as I won’t be packing this one while hunting. Thanks

They still make your scope. Its a Meopta s2 82mm. NF never made them it was just rebranded.

I can make out 6mm bullets holes with a 24x Kahles at 600 yds
308 even easier of course
(In good light when its sunny)
I do like Schott Glass

Just crank up the Majesta 8-80X and I can see those 6mm holes at 7-800yds…

I know I'll end up getting something 50 or 60 power first in the mean time.

I have a majesta and I don't think you're going to see bullet holes at 800 yards. I have not tried it though but I shoot f class and you definitely won't see bullet holes on a black target. A benchrest target may be completely different since they are not black.

Tract, I sold my Swaro's for the Tract. Very reasonable with Euro glass, can't be beat.
