Agreed. I'd much rather have the 50mm but this was the deal I'm looking at so I'm good take it. Seems like a great price. Not sure my buddy even had it out to shoot. No ring marks and like new condition. The only problem with that scope is the 56 MM Objective. As a rule, you have to mount it so high to keep the objective off the barrel, that your cheek is way off the comb of the stock. May not bother you but it does me....
My Sightron scopes look foggy to my eyes. Only my STAC 4-20s look clear. Your right, everyone's eyes are different.Your eyes tell the story. They must repeat adjustments.
If possible look thru as many as possible before $$$$$.
My old eyes never like Night Force, Sorry.
Sightron 3 with 50mm Bell ok for me.
Good luck

Mines 20/20 with glasses. I don't shoot with them. I adjust the parallax and ocular focus to clear up the glass for my eyes. Could be whyThis is interesting
Mostly I've not heard anyone say this about Sightrons
Regardless of this, I have heard everybody's eyes being different
Maybe within these assesments it would also be good info to list our eyesight

Mine 20/20 in right dominant eye
Not Color Blind (I see Red extremely well)
I think that's a good idea to not shoot with glasses and to use the ocular what it was intended for.Mines 20/20 with glasses. I don't shoot with them. I adjust the parallax and ocular focus to clear up the glass for my eyes. Could be why
Seems like the price is $1395 everywhere for this MOAR IR model. Not sure it's a negotiable price OTC. Buddy is selling this scope to me for a fair price considering it's probably never been at a range or in the woods. I would have offered $900 if he didn't put a price on it for meI think that's a good idea to not shoot with glasses and to use the ocular what it was intended for.
Less mediums for the light to transfer through

BTW I think $750 is pretty good
I was going to say I think their $1100 new price is a touch high even if they are great.
According to all things I've read over the years with Nightforce also
Their click adjustments are the most accurate and repeatable overall

Not that other scopes are bad, just one thing to consider in their favor
