Nightforce Scope Differences

There’s no comparison between an NXS and an ATACR to me.

I was not overly impressed with either of the NF I looked thru several years back. I am with the two March I have, an older 8-80X and a new 5-40X56mm. I need to send the big one back and have a di-plex crosshair fit to it and cleaned.
For the $$$$, I really like my Vortex and Sightron scopes. I'm 20-20 in one eye and 20-25 in the other one. As long as I can find Rockchucks clearly in the crosshairs as far away as possible...

There’s definitely better glass than NF.
ZCO and tangent theta comes to mind.
That said the atacr’s are reliable and glass is pretty damn good.
