Nightforce Competition scope quality

I haven't seen or heard that Nightforce has done anything to their Competition model to improve it in the last couple of years. I could be wrong, I did a search and didn't come up with anything. If Nightforce had I believe we would have read about it on here from the Deer Creek BR shooters. They are diligent about testing scopes thoroughly, anything new or improved.
The Competition's I've been behind I didn't quite care for, I didn't think they were worth the extra cost compared to my 12-42 BR. But these days I'm satisfied to shoot 1000 yard f class with my V.G.E.
There is some very good information in the archives on here from 2-4 years back on in depth testing of scopes holding zero and clarity.
yeah well...nightforce no longer donates to deep creek...i wonder why
they would never acknowledge a problem, so they would also never announce a fix.
while i have 3 comps, the people i trust say the 12-42 is better
i am moving to valdada and march i think

Brother I'm WELL AWARE of how N.F. rolls.....
Deer Creek has survived without them as a donor and so have others.

I have two Comps and a BR. All are good. My newest BR is just 6 months old and works perfectly.

Back around 2013 or so there were some mechanical issues with some. I sent one of mine back after testing with a fixed scope. They said all was fine but after return they must have done something. I was fine. Nightforce does not admit problems but sure fixes things well.

Optically I have used many scopes. The NF Comp is as good as it gets. That scope dominates benchrest shooting. Sure the BR scopes are fine but not as easy to use and optically kind of like the Vortex, Kahles and Sightron models. All are good but the Comp is best.

Now if you want to spend more, play with March or Valdada. They are maybe nicer but out of my league and not sure there is any real difference.

would like to hear from anyone that has bought a NEW IN THE BOX 15-55 comp night force in the last year or two
It's now almost 2 years since I pulled one out of the box. It has
seen 2 barrels worth of work and match's. It does not see light
recoiling BR rounds, just normally my hot rodded 7mm wild cats.
