Nightforce competition 15/55

The problem I have that at the moment is if I remove my glass I have good luck dialing scope to a crisp focus but my left eye as a right hand shooter can’t see flags or anything else. So no glasses with my limited experience is left eye closed.
??

I had similar issues with FCR-1. With everything adjusted according to Hoyle it's just too fine for me with or without my specs.

DDR-2 was my answer. At 600 or 1000 on 55X I can put that dot on the tips of the X, middle or wherever and see it all.

I now have 3 of them

So do what I did. Take 1 lense out of an old pair. I am lucky in that my left eye is near sighted and right is farsighted. So even with no right lense if I look out at flags with both eyes I see them just fine.

i definitely thought that may work.
I will do that next month when I am due for a new pair.
Thanks again for the tip.
Going over to the range this afternoon

High or low power does not matter. You can perform same function with a fixed. Here, you are adjusting the eyepiece diopter with the parallax for the proper eye focus.

My prefered SOP;
Set turrets to mechanical zero, adjust eyepiece diopter as repeated in this thread and unfortunately nowadays, verify that the reticle is level with the scope body even before box and tracking test. You'd be surprised. And I'm not talking cheapy scopes either, not naming names.
