NIGHT FORCE FIRST CLASS SERVICE

Recently I was able to horse trade a good friend out of his NXS 2.5-10X42. The trade was one of those that required some time to actually happen. He thought he had sold/loaned it to a third party. The scope had definitely been on multiple rifles with several of us having shot it. One day my friend walked in to one of our regular lunch gatherings and announced the scope was mine. I was all smiles! I called Night Force to ask if they offered a service to verify accuracy, function and a general EKG for a used scope with undocumented service. The Night Force responded with an enthusiastic yes. I followed the provided instruction. Night Force provided communications when it arrived and expected time in the shop. About a month later Night Force called me to report all was well, no repairs necessary and it was coming home. Just a few days later UPS knocked on the door with my Night Force signature required package.

The scope arrived with an inspection seal in a new Night Force box. All of this for $100 bucks plus the ride.

How nice it is to spend money with folks who want to be at work and believe in their product. Sitting up front is worth the price.
 
I purchased an NSX scope with the MOAR T reticule thinking it would be better, not! I called Night Force and asked if they changed reticule’s, yes we do.
While not cheap it was worth the expense in my mind. All comms with Night Force CS were very polite and professional.
 
....some years ago I wound up pinching a scope body with one ring. They were used off the net. I speculate the rings were deformed or I got too froggy with the torque wrench. They did adjust the rings for roundness. I sent it in and it was cosmetic damage they said, tracked and performed ok. but bothered me looking at it. I had them RETUBE the scope. It arrived in a new box with a new serial#. Bottom line is they are the example of what customer service should be. I remember an old ad of theirs showing a soldier's scope that had a bullet strike opposite the windage turret. Evidently it was good enough he kept using it till he could get it fixed. NF customer for life...
