Nice looking twins

Hey guys,

I got a request to flute a couple of bolts that were already coated with Cerakote. Makes for a nice contrast, and shows how tough this coating really is. Thanks to a good customer from the Hide.

Very nice work!!! Idea: If the cerakote was black then you could alternate the coating (every other flute) to make it really contrast..

Unless I'm missing something.....isn't the coating going to scratch off and wear very unevenly as the bolt is worked back and forth over time?

Any coating is subject to normal wear over time. But, Cerakote is ceramic based and is very tough . ;D
