SELLING NIB Stiller TAC 338 action Barrels

Selling for a friend that has health issues Brand New Stiller TAC 338 action along with two new Lilja 1-10 twist barrels. One is 30 3/8 inches and the other is a fluted 27 inches long.
He needs $1400 for the action and $475 for the fluted barrel and $450 for the heavier one.

Must ship to an FFL. Thanks for looking. Forgot to add this is for a 338 Lupua cartridge.

I am confused, are these barrels chambered or just blanks? Who did the work if they chambered?
