Nf rings

recently purchased 34mm 4 bolt nf rings to attach vortex razor on 30 cal magnum caliber. Rings seem tiny holding the scope. Any concerns with that heavy scope slipping in the rings mentioned.

I used the Badger Max 50rings with my 4.5-27 Razor and loved them, very solid. That scope is so heavy that I noticed less felt recoil when I switched scopes.
I run NF scopes on everything now but not their rings. NF is a top notch company but I had a slip issue with a set of their rings a few years back so I don't use
them anymore.

If you torque them according to the instructions, they should work just fine.

I haven’t had any issues with them. I prefer the steel rings if weight isn’t an issue though.

Thanks for the replies. ThAt leads me to the next question if anybody has any experience they would share. Vortex recommends much lower torque than nf rings,18 inch/ lbs compared to the 25 on rings.

Ive slipped scopes in Nf 4 bolt rings.

I ran three rings when was using the 4 bolt, now I use the 6 bolt rings. Way more surface area.

NF makes great rings. If your getting scope movement remove the anodize from the lower half of the rings. Anodized rings on anodized scope tubes is slick.
