Has anyone tried using regular, in this case, Foster rings in their Nexus press?
They appear to hold the dies with similar ability and I am transitioning from my Bonanza Co-Ax and have plenty of Foster Co-Ax rings on all my existing dies.
I did order "Get 6 & get a discount" SAC "Solo-Loc" rings {the press only comes with one ring!} when I bought the Nexus but realized that aside from that lip that sticks out the front of the of the press that the holding of either die ring seems to be the same.
Considering that SAC currently is out of stock and I have a supply of the Foster ones {at a much cheaper price} is there any reason aside from the etched marks which are of minor interest to me, not to just go ahead and use my Foster rings on the press?
