Newbie Q.: Ref. Manuals

I've inherited a custom built target/varmint rifle in 22 PPC. Can anyone recommend a good precision shooting/reloading reference book? I have the Speer Manual & ABC's of Reloading.

It came with an arbor press & L.E. Wilson reloading dies.

Also, can anyone recommend how I can find a BR gunsmith in the Midwest to give the rifle a once over before I take it to the range?
