Newbie again... 9 mil bullets are falling out of case (can't be good)

Don't know if he is a troll or not.
4 posts over a an hour or so, on a Friday.
Probably out shooting today.
Maybe that "lee universal crimping die" has a problem.
I need to get to the range but seldom do weekends and people.

Forgot to size the cases...Deprime and start over.
I bet he got it resolved and didnt want to tell us.....or not
My thoughts as well. While I've never made that particular mistake Lord knows I've made plenty of others. Someone is always ready to berate you for missing something if you post it so I can't say that I blame the OP at all for keeping it to themselves.

A picture is worth a thousand words.

It is possible for a batch of cases to have thinner necks than most. About 20 years ago my Dillon sizing die would not size 9mm WIN cases enough to firmly hold a bullet. Cases with other head stamps were all right.

I had the same issue about the same issue decades ago. Bought a LEE resizing die, and never had a problem since.

Which bullets and cases are you using? Are they the same as the first batch you reloaded?

Measure the diameter of a sized case at the neck and a loaded round at the neck.
Sorry for the late response. I adjusted my crimping die and it seems to have taken care of the problem. I had it set too low and it was crimping past the bullet and closer to the middle of the case. I made the adjustment and haven't had the problem since. Now I'm going to ease off my powder loads to save powder and ease off the residue I'm getting on my hands while shooting.

Are you kidding? You have your dies mixed up. There is no possible way to crimp the middle of a case.

There are plenty of tutorials on you tube to load pistol rounds. Go watch a bunch because you are making a serious mistake. Who's dies are you using?
