New Years resolution

Unlike last year, I am going to faithfully attend my Alien Abduction Support Group meetings this year. Every second Thursday of the month at 7 pm, if anyone is interested.

I'm gonna lose 20 pounds. I've quit drinking and smoking in the last 4 years. I can do it, I can do it. How about you?

I want to lose 30 pounds and stop spending so much on guns. it will be a lot easier to lose the weight.

OP here, you know, your right, this is a shooting forum and it's easy for me to stray into things that other people probably don't care about. ( My fat) I therefore amend my resolution to getting more fit, as I'm sure it will improve my breathing/ trigger control. Surely fitness can be shooting related.

I gave up booze, dope, tobacco, and skanky wimmin, twenty years ago. I don't think I should have to make any New Years resolutions for at least another five years.

I will offer a little wisdom, unsolicited as it may be. Folks who aren't alcoholics don't worry or need to worry about giving up drinking.
