New Teslong Borescope Questions

I just received a new Teslong NTG150W and have questions. This is the WiFi version with the flexible cable. I used the program they recommended and it connected great and I had amazing pictures on my IPad in minutes. The clarity is great and setup was easy, but the included instructions leave some things in question. The package included 3 mirrors, two of which were the same and one with a red tip. What is the difference? How should I clean the mirrors? I am thinking Q-tip, but ? This is my first borescope so bear with me... Thanks! Danny

I've forgotten what the other mirrors are for.
For cleaning, I use 99% isopropyl alcohol on a q tip and dry with a completely untouched q tip.

the red tip one is a different angle of the mirror. it will reduce glare. I clean with isopropyl alcohol, it leaves no residue. denatured will work, but does leave a bit of residue. I use a lens cloth, q-tips are a little course.

Thanks @jelenko. I have found nothing in the literature explaining the difference in the mirrors. The only thing I found was that they supply extras in case one gets damaged. But nothing about the one with the red tip? Danny

You might as well order the 5 mirror set because at some point you will want to look down barrels larger than .224. The mirrors that came with mine didn't work too well with larger bores. The larger mirrors keep the focus uniform as you move it down the barrel.

Agreed! I put the probe down the bore of my 357 lever gun just to see if it would work. Picture was not horrible, but did go in and out of focus. Thanks! Danny
