We need a new sticky or thread for discusion for anyone with poor customer service from Night force. I have heard first hand from a guy his experiance and it was shitty so I'm guessin it was'nt the first.??????? ??? ???
If it was good then reply your experiance also.
 
My one experience with NF was unbelieveable. Bought a used 12-42 BR model and few months later found it would not track properly. I called NF and told the lady in customer service I bought it used, and could they repair it. The nice lady said "Send it to us and it will be taken care of". About 10 days later, the big brown truck rolled linto my driveway, and the scope was back, tracking repaired and NF paid the return postage. Where can you find better service?? Don't need to badmouth NF on this forum with a sticky.
