It’s for use with an arbor press.

That is one beautiful piece of machining. However I am of the school of thought that bullet runout is created in the sizing and prep stages not when the seating the bullet. Got to say though if you are into bling, that would do it

21st Century's products aren't just tools, many are works of art. I'd expect these dies to be nothing less. I like what has been done with the seating die stem: it's relatively wide, has a lot of contact with the bullet, and seats much closer to the point on the bullet ogive that first contacts the rifling. All that should mean very, very consistent seating depth from round to round.
