New Shotmarker: Access Hub not connecting to Sensor Hub

I had the luck of getting a shotmarker recently, and was trying to test it before bringing it to the range. I attempted to connect the sensor hub to the access point but received a message saying "Sensor Hub not connected."

I have charged both units, I have connected all microphones to their respective spots, and I have put both hubs as close as possible. I turned the sensor hub on first, then the access points, and vice versa.

Has anyone else encountered this issue and found a resolution?

Email the manufacturer. They have a response time that is unequalled.

I have also found that putting an extension cable on the antenna allows the hub to be placed further from harms way, if using it on a target carrier.

We had to do that at the range. Someone didn't get his elevation dialled in......windage was spot on. (BTW, wasn't me!)
