New Shooter!!

Here is a pic of my new 6.5x47 Lapua build by Trevor at Cloud Peak Gunworks. He did an excellent job. Specs of the rifle are as follows:
Remington 700 SA
Timney Trigger
PTG Recoil Lug
Brux 27 3/4" 8 Twist #4 interupted fluted barrel
Talley one piece rings
McMillian A3 Sporter/Hunter stock
Leupold 6.5-20x40 LR with TMR reticle installed.

This rifle is showing tons of promise. With no load development the first two groups landed at .307" and .461. I suspect it will shoot in the 2's fairly easily

Sharp looking rig. How do you like the stock. I have been interested in that particular stock and have been thinking about ordering one for a hunting rifle.

I really like the stock, the one on this rifle is my third one. I ordered one for a 6.5-06AI and loved it so much I ordered two more. The other two I have have the edge package on them and are extremely lightweight.

Very nice! Trevor does excellent work, nice color choice on the stock
