That's just outstanding accuracy for the 75 gr V-Max. I could never get them to shoot real well from my 3-groove PacNor. The Berger 80s, on the other hand, shot super-tight.
I did note some variance in the box of V-maxes I had. You might try sorting and see if that eliminates that odd shot out of the group.
