New PTG short ejectors

carlsbad

Lions don't lose sleep over the opinions of sheep.
PTG has changed their design on Rem 700 style ejectors. They are shorter. Looks like the same spring.

I've put some in for others but haven't used them myself.

Anybody have any feedback on how they work?

thanks.

I have a 223 Remington 700 that never would eject a fired case. It would leave the case lying on top of the mag follower or top round in the mag. every time.

After several attempted fixes a PTG ejector which is noticeably shorter than the factory original fixed it. It now ejects reliably every time.

Good info. I was concerned about the fact that it protrudes less. glad to hear that.

I don't know how they compare but here is another source.
