cant you just go by the serial numbers??So from what I'm hearing the newer rem700 sps varmint is much better quality in the barrel . But how do I tell or make sure I'm getting a newer one if I order it ?
Midway usa has the one I want . Hinged floor plate, 5r , threaded barrel
Recently had an RAR prefix in the shop, it was quite good. Lugs were straight, extraction wasn't the worst....
What do you mean ?I believe RR prefix.
I Have no idea , if I'm ordering online I can't see itcant you just go by the serial numbers??

RRA?
I have yet to get my hands on one. RR's were as good as most customs except for the primary extraction. Get a PTG bolt and you were Good-To-Go!
