Decision on my builds , need some info

So iv made a decision on what I'm going to do for my rifle builds .

Keep my current remington 700 together cause it just shoots to good to take apart .

I think that a factory remington 700 sps varmint in 308 will probably shoot under a inch at 100 yards with good loads . And hopefully be MOA at 300 yards .
Just drop it in the stock I want .
The B&C M40 or a hs precision (700police)
What would be the best way to find a newer 700sps varmint with a hinged floor plate ? I believe thay all have 5R barrels?

I talked to my cousin at KRG ops and the Echo stock will be comming out soon and it's the stock I want to put a tikka t3 223 rem in . One again from what I hear the factory tikka t3 varmint with a 24in barrel is a great shooter with hand loads . Problem is I'm looking for the t3 varmint in all black , no stainless. Having a hard time finding one all black with a 1in8 twist . Any info is appreciated !!

The current tikka action I have is for a 308 that I will have a new barrel made for it . And hopefully Be able to finish the wood stock that's halfway finished. The smith working on staining it passed mid way through doing it and I will have to find someone to do it
