New. OAL for 44 mag

Brand new here and just got my stuff for staring 44 mag for my revolver but mostly just to reload for my brain.
I got a box of Zero 44 (.429) JSP 240 grain bullets here and going through the two manuals I have ( Hodgdon 2026 and Lyman 51st edition) neither have these bullets listed in their data.
So how does one know what the OAL would be with these bullets seated?

If the bullet has a cannelure, I would crimp it there.
I would also use data for a bullet of the same weight that has a similar profile.

Cannelure is right. With cast 240 gr. bullets I use 24.0 gr. WW296 in my Anaconda , Ruger Redhawk, and M29. Done this for 40+ years without problems.
