Russian, yes. I have lived a few places and live in United States now (second time). Let us talk guns. I shoot and reload 223 Rem, 308 Win, 300 Win Mag. I could learn a lot here but here mainly for simply interest to read.

223 Rem is AR which I use for hogs and varmints. 308 Win is my deer rifle though a little heavy handed in some estimations. I have also hunted hogs with this same rifle. It's a Browning BLR so not a long distance rifle. The 300 Win Mag is bolt action I use for bigger game and also longer distance target.

Welcome! My Grandmother and family escaped Communist rule in the 20's. They came from outside Vilnius and escaped through Poland. She made the best kielbasa I've ever had.

I shoot 223 and 308 (amongst others) with cast bullets.If anybody thinks "normal" handloading/equipment is a rabbit hole,well you ain't seen nothin.My best 10 shot 100 yd cast groups are solidly in the 3's.
