New member, advice needed

Hi everyone,

Been reading around the forums and the nonforum sight for a little while now. I got into highpower in 2011 through the CMP matches, spent a year doing it with the Garand to make sure I like highpower, and I do! This year I have bought a Tikka T3 sporter and Centra rear sight w/ iris. Before I get the front sight, I want to get the rear sight all set up, and so far I am having trouble finding a rail that can fit the Tikka and the sight (the sight has the weaver base). I am also looking for something that can bring the sight back another inch or two.

Does anyone make anything like the below pictures and link? But with a weaver rail along the top?
