I’m trying to find one that can cut letters in brass that look like the Win AA stampings on a 12 gauge shell...

If you need something custom you’ll need to find someone with a Deckel SO type cutter grinder that’ll do single lip cutters.

Supposedly there is a cutter guard available that has a rounded face so the cutter can follow the contour a little bit farther. I made my own and it helps a little bit.

This is one of the only places I've found parts available.
