I my name is Shaun.I have looked around but never posted here.Looks like there is a lot of great info on this site.I think I will stay awhile...
Here is a pic. of my gun I just got it back a few weeks ago.it took 9 months to make,Boy that is a long time to wait)


Started out as a 700PSS but not even close now...

Hi Shaun,

Welcome to the forum.

Nice rifle....are you planning on doing F/TR with it or tactical competitions ?

For F/TR you will need to remove the muzzle break but getting a straight forward cap for the threads should'nt be a hassle - hopefully!, I note what you say regarding 9 months )

If the mussle break is not threaded I think you will have difficulties with F/TR as mussle breaks are not allowed in this discipline but there are a number of excellent tactical comps with posts on them elsewhere on this site so don't worry ....there are no problems with mussle breaks in these comps.

I will.It is killing not being able to shoot.If it's not raining my wife has my weekend planed out...I have a B-Day party today and one next weekend....Will post pics as soon as I can.I am saveing up for a USO ST17 and I hope that is all I need left is some good glass.YA RIGHT...LOL
