New guy with Molly cleaning question

I have been reading and learning from this site for some time now and I have a question about cleaning a molly used barrel. A friend of mine gave me a used AR-15 barrel that I have built a gun around. The barrel had only molly coated bullets used in it but I am not going to use molly coated bullets. What is the best way to clean this barrel before I start shooting it?
