New guy and need info on 6br

Hello guys. Let me introduce myself. I like to hunt and have a .270 encore that I use. I just ordered a RCBS reloading kit and it opened my eyes that their are some awesome rounds out there if you reload. My eyes get all big when I shoot small groups with my encore and that makes me want a 6br for target shooting and varmint hunting. Here are my questions,most can probably be answered with links of previous post) Thanks in advance guys.

Where is the FAQ?,I am sure most of my questions can be answered there)
Can the average guy just now learning to work on his own guns build a 6 Br out of a Savage Stevens or other reasonably priced option,and it not have to be a single shot)?
I am saying the Stevens b/c it is reasonably priced and shoots fairly well. If it can shoot 1-1.5 moa than I will be happy.

You may also enjoy reading this article on a Savage converted from a .260 Rem to a 6BR. I find that I can feed three rounds smoothly from the magazine. But you have to withdraw the bolt on a fired case briskly or it may hang up in the loading port.
