I've never had walleye, closest place for me to catch it is in Nevada. I don't buy non-resident fishing licenses, so I can only go on what I hear. I’ve done a lot of country style ribs, either smoked or crockpot. I’ve never thought of brining and treating like bacon. Thanks for another idea! I made a large pot of a pasta dish on Thursday, plus a loaf of homemade bread. This morning we used a lot of the bread for French toast.
