A gas grill (expedient), offset smoker, vertical cabinet propane smoker, offset cabinet smoker. Just more tools for the outdoor kitchen! At least that's how I justify it to myself, lol! Oh, I have a weber kettle, too.
Is this a competition now? Weber kettle, Weber gas grill, Old Country offset smoker, Masterbuilt cabinet smoker, Blackstone 36” griddle and I’ll raise you with a Wolf 48” range and Wusthof knife set!

I want to win the cheapness award. My heat source is a $1.00 tag sale new Hibachi grill. Took me an hour and a half to cobble this smoker cabinet together from leftover remodel projects. ML

Lol, a good collection! Wolf range is nice. Wusthof are good knives. My number one is an old henkels 8" petty, a customized 12" French chef from an Ontario, and a 4" Henkels paring. Almost time to rehandle them as I can't keep the kids from putting them in the sink...

I feel your pain. My Mrs mikeinct does not respect edges or wood handled knives. My Mom had two nice blades her dishwasher machine killed [I restored & refinished twice] , this was before I had to re-do the varnish. Grrrrrr MANSERVANT mikeinct

Tasty dish, baked hot link and grilled radishes.

Take your favorite hot link/brat/sausage and bake with sliced onions and bell peppers, tossed in some evoo, s,p&g. 400°-ish until veggies are tender. Spread into a single layer on a sheet pan.

Watermelon radish thick sliced and into a hot griddle pan with butter (excellent with compound butter, too), s&p, fresh thyme, sage, oregano or rosemary. Once good grill marks on the radish (about 5 minutes) I add baby radish cut in half, cherry tomatoes whole or halved, fresh garlic. Add more butter if needed, reduce heat to medium and cover until tomatoes wrinkle and baby radish softens.

Serve sausage onions and peppers either sliced on a pile, or in a soft bun. Grilled radish and tomatoes on the side.
