I'm starting to beta test a new unit from Europe and it's crazy small and connects to devices by WiFi so no app and it's super easy to pull up on your phone or tablet (works like Shotmarker). I'll have it out at the range tomorrow and will do more follow up videos but thought everyone would be excited to see it. Here's a few pics and a video for you.

Do you have the A2 model? EDIT: I see from the title of your vid it's the A2 version

I wonder most about precision. The claimed specs are:
  • Measurement precision with 99% confidence for given signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) (expected value based on theoretical analysis)
    • 0.50 mps High range, SNR= 20dB (where High range is 242.5 – 1309.3 mps)
While these are expected values only, I wonder how they compare with the Labradar. I'd be keen to hear what Jan says about these.

Good they added the external trigger to the A2 version

I read through their user manual and would like to hear what you think of the triggering sensitivity.
 
Interesting that this unit seems to have the same power limitation as the current LR for countries outside of US, even though it looks like it is made in CZ... So you are still limited by range as well as projectile speed (<4000fps)
 
Needs a bigger viewing screen. With the Lab, it does help that
the screen has a light background And the velocity numbers
show up large and black. i wonder if this unit could be plugged
into a lap top device to utilize a larger screen ??
 
Up to now I have been waiting to see the new Caldwell VelociRadar but no recent news on its release.

Anyway, this new AndiScan looks pretty interesting, I am watching this thread now.
