New Calling Rifle SPS Tactical

I just picked up a pretty much brand new remington sps tactical in.223, came with a houge overmoulded tupperware stock and 1 in 9 twist heavy 20" barrel. So, who has one or has had one and what do you think? I know that the first thing to upgrade is the stock but which one? And then the trigger, i have a trigger tech on the shelf. Any input about stocks, load data, etc would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
I went with the H&S. stock.

Two hunting buddies had the exact same rifle and after watching them struggle with the stock, that was my first choice as an upgrade as i already had a trigger for it. And, 4 of my other hunting rifles wear HS stocks, so i am very comfortable with them. Never could get used to the tacky feeling of the houge stock either
CO I have two of the HS stocks on my 700`s. A .223 and .308. Both shoot 2-3`s. I haven`t skimmed either stock. But I do torque the action screws to 65 in. lbs. The .223 shoots every v-max from 40 -60 about the same result. They are both minute of coyote. Happy New Year Jeff

Finally got some free time to shoot the rifle again, took some advice and had it stock skim bedded, so we will see. It was a balmy 41 degree's with a slight w/sw wind, got setup to check and see if the gun was still close after the work done to it and it was still on. Now shoot for groups, this is a load that i found on this site and apparently the rifle really likes it, just have to find some more bullets. The picture is at 100yds with 5 shots taken, pretty good group except for the 2 flyers (loose nut behind the gun) i believe

223 in a remington sps tactical, now has an hs precision stock from an ltr and triggertech trigger
lapua brass
benchmark powder
53gr hornady v-max
rem 7.5 primers
