I have a 27" Brux bbl that arrived from BRUX . Do I have enough for a 26" bbl after gunsmith chambers, threads and fits the bbl to my action ?
Load the bullets you want to shoot in a case. Keep the pressure ring in front of the neck shoulder junction. That helps keep the pressure down and helps avoid donuts. MattThe smith wants me to bring him some dummy rounds of the bullets i want to shoot. In the Hornady book it list 2.350 for C.O.L of 55g and 60 gr V-Max bullet . 2.390 for 68gr BTHP and 2.490 for 75gr A-Max. Isn't there a happy medium he can throat it for this bullet range ? 22/250 8" twist .....
I loaded 3 different bullets 60gr V-max 60 gr Nosler BT and Sierra 69gr HPBT all with the pressure in front of neck shoulder junction .Load the bullets you want to shoot in a case. Keep the pressure ring in front of the neck shoulder junction. That helps keep the pressure down and helps avoid donuts. Matt
