New Barrel Maker

Not too far back, I believe it was mentioned either here or on the Bulletin that we had a "new " barrel maker in the business. I cant remember all the details or the mans name. He might have worked for another company, and went off on his own.

Any ideas where I might find the mention of him?

Only thing I recall reading about is McGowan opened an online store with short waits on savage prefits. Rock creek barrels is offering up a limited supply of savage prefits too.
