Not sure if this link will work. So I'm gonna copy and paste the content.

The Neuvo is the next stage in the world of extreme accuracy. This action is the result of more than half a century of experience in rifle building, gunsmithing, target shooting and high-end machining. Bullet Central, Dwight Scott and BAT Machine teamed up to develop this receiver. The Neuvo encompasses time-proven functionality with a host of brand new features. The new action includes a wide-body two-lug bolt, horizontal locking lugs and a totally redesigned fire control. The Neuvo is manufactured by BAT Machine in the U.S. and available at Bullet Central.

Should be interesting.

HMMMM Lots of new powders coming on line. Lots of new bullets. And now, a few new actions to choose from!!!

I need to start shooting again. But first, I need a second JOB!!!

Bullet Central just put it on their Facebook page today. I'm sure there will be more information sooner than they are available.

Looks very similar to the BAT 3 LUG. If it is a 3 LUG I may give it a go. Just hope it doesn't take 2 years to get on the market.

Outside of stretching out some of your clothing, how can you measure the performance difference in actions? Stiller, Bat, Kelbly, etc.? However, it does give you a good excuse to build another gun:)

Not to get too far off topic, Wonder what happened to that cute little Bix And Andy Action that was to come via Bullet Central? It was a cute little feller.

What does "full diameter bolt" mean?
It means that the bolt body is the same diameter as the outside diameter of the locking lugs. On a Standard 2 lug action, the lug raceways are open to the shooter. if a case ever fails, gases, as well as any other materials (think Sako extractor) are free to flow through these raceways and towards the shooter. With a full diameter bolt, raceways do not exist. Theoretically, gases would exit through the port(s) on the side of the action, and away from the shooter. The Bat 3 lug already uses this arrangement, though there are other actions to use a full diameter bolt, before Bat came along.

I think Chris posted somewhere that he would be importing them. I believe that Andy is still working some bugs out. Being as they are coming from Austria, expect a pretty high price point, probably double what you're paying for a custom action now.

Just got off the phone with Dwight Scott. He said that it is a 2 lug horizontal large diameter bolt like a Hall. He said that it is nothing revolutionary, just a lot of little improvements. He said that there is a lube port on top of the shroud so u can put a drop of oil into. He said there is a very tight shroud to bolt fit and no weight on the cocking piece. There is a relief on the bolt face. A few safety features that if a case ruptures, it seals off the loading ports and contains it. Two grooves on the bottom of the action to help with bedding, and so many more little things it would take an hour to explain.

Dang it. I had this idea two years ago. Got the hole horizontal locking design even drawn up. Posted a few photo on here somewhere. Should have patented the idea.

Anyway, this is cool. Its going to revolutionize actions for bench rest. It has perplexed me that every one uses the same old broken system for single feed rifles. That vertical lock is just a huge problem for accuracy. I guess the term "but we have always done it that way" has been winning out for the past 130years. My hat is off to them for seeing what I saw and finally some one is implementing the fix for it.

Anschutz, Hall, Remington, Sako, Turbo, ULA and Winchester have used horizontal locking lugs. Nothing new.
