New 243 win load

Better check before shooting the 105 in a factory 1-10" twist 6mm.....
custom rig pushing 105's

It was a Tikka Varminter in 22/250 rebarreled to 6mm Rem in the same barrel profile, freebore to suit 105gr G7 Bergers, bolt stop moved and larger round mag installed to shoot 1 1/4" groups @500, all of which demonstrates the guy did his homework and knew what he was doing.

I witnessed him take a rabbit with this rig at 820yds.

These bullets do not disappoint. I looked through several different books at load data and decided to try h4831. I've never tried it with this rifle. The 2 best loads for this rifle are with h4350 and h450. I thought I would just load 5 rounds and see how it did before loading a ladder. I only fired 3 of the 5 rounds. .450 group. This is a rifle I assembled 2 years ago. All factory parts, savage 10, that weighs in just under 8 pounds. I wanted a light weight convenient hunting rifle. I don't feel the need to waste the other components. Thanks to all that suggested 1530's.
