Needing a new scale (advice)

Just curious ,what type of powder do you weigh that you can weigh to .002 of a grain.? Varget & h4895 weighs .02 of a grain per kernel.

Actually H4895 is .015 per kernel 8208 is .01
It’s not that I need .000 what I need is in order to hold a resolution of .00 you need a scale that’ll resolve those 3 digits.

For the rest whom has offered advice thanks a bunch. I’ve had these same DI scales now going on 15 years. So I’m guessing they’re getting tired. I don’t need the auto trickler setup for the A&D as I’m using a Prometheus. The scales are to verify correct powder charges and to weigh and sort jackets and cores for my Bullets.

The AnD FX-120i is on sale for $500 at C&E in Ontario. There is a $150 rebate that would get you into one for about $390 with shipping.

They are great and do read one kernel of Varget or the 3/4ths weight of a kernel of H4895 if you pick a reasonable sized one. Only one issue and I cannot vouch for it. Shooter friend called me on that scale last week. He told me they are very scarce right now. He paid a much higher dollar for one at that scale place so popular in Texas. Then was told he had to wait 6 months as they were out everywhere.

Yes - there is one that is .000. don't have a clue what that might cost and don't need it anyhow. You also might be able to get a 220i the weighs another 500g. You don't need that capacity and I never checked price or availability.
