Gosh I remember seeing those about 10 years ago and almost ordering one.
If memory serves, they were designed for like rimfire Olympic competition or something similar.
GRACO makes some adjustable Butt pad stuff but couldn't find that hook design.

Also Champions Shooter Supply...but went out of business many years ago. They carried that butt plate and many others like it. Also check an old Freeland catalogue.

The one on the left is close to a Cloward, the one on the right looks like a anchutz or a clone.
