Need Smith to Flute Hall M bolt

Who can flute a Hall M bolt with the straight flutes used in the Hall actions. Bolt fluter not doing custom bolts at this time. Thanks for any help.

I used to use a Smith that would flute my barrels. Had a website called Twisted Barrel. Maybe he can.
